Patients are required to input their name and date of birth, after which the application cross-references its database to identify any missing forms or information. It subsequently guides patients through a streamlined check-in process. Once patients complete their required paperwork, an automatic alert is generated within Open Dental, notifying the practice that they are ready for their appointment.
